When the process has run, and cannot post the file(s) (maybe the files are too large) and you can't fix it via the process monitor.

AND DISTSTATUS='7'

UPDATE PSPRCSQUE 
SET DISTSTATUS='4' 
WHERE PRCSINSTANCE=:1 
AND DISTSTATUS='7'

DELETE FROM  PS_CDM_TRANSFER
/
-- DISTSTATUS OF 7 = Posting
-- DISTSTATUS OF 4 = Not Posted
